2018 TEEAP-STEM Conference Highlights

A Celebration of STEM Across Pennsylvania. Through decades of rapidly evolving technologies, TEEAP has worked hard to keep pace and provide its members with a state-of-the-art conference. With our new three day conference format, TEEAP members will be certain to find some new and impressive content.

The traditional TEEAP vendors and a few new ones will be joining the conference for the STEM Trade Show ALL DAY Thursday. Companies and organizations from all STEM areas will share their products and services with attendees. This is a slight change to the past TEEAP vendor show but we guarantee you won't want to miss this day! Please note that this is a change from previous conferences as the vendors will ONLY be at the conference on Thursday.

The STEM Teacher Expo will be held on Wednesday afternoon and is an opportunity for pre-service and in-service teachers to show-and-share great STEM lessons or projects with fellow educators. This event is similar to the teacher showcase of past conferences. Interested in being part of STEM Teacher Expo? Register at stemathon.org/teacher_expo.

The IU 13 Team is working hard on putting together a STEM Leadership Academy. Administrators attending STEMathon will have the opportunity to participate in a STEM Leadership Academy. Participants who register for this additional option at STEMathon will attend designated sessions at the STEM Conference, receive a book, and complete job-embedded assignments throughout the 2018–19 school year.

Engineering byDesign Labs.™ An opportunity for teachers and other educators to experience one of two Engineering byDesign™ (EbD™) courses in a workshop environment. Both EbDLabs™ will be hands-on, minds-on, preparing teachers with the fundamentals necessary to implement the materials. There is no additional registration fee required for these EbD™ sessions.

Don’t delay and take advantage of the Early Bird registration rates for the 2018 conference available until September 10, 2018. For registration information visit: stemathon.org/register/ and use the special registration code found on the members only page by clicking here.
